Parchment Art, taking parchment craft to a new level                            


Coloured pencil workshops; Friday 19th August 2016 and Saturday 20th August 2016, Ferndown, Dorset. By Alison Yeates.

Using coloured pencils on parchment. Come on either day or both days. The 19th August will be a butterfly and flower; the 20th August will be a kingfisher. The times will be 10am - 4pm, at United Church hall, Wimborne Road East, Ferndown, Dorset BH22 9NF. The cost is £25 per day including tea and coffee and cake, but you will need to bring your own lunch. Master classes in coloured pencils

These Masterclasses have now been 'retired', thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. (September 2015)   


Christine Coleman is a Fellow of the Parchment Craft Guild,  and a design consultant for the Association of Parchment Crafters.  She has been a Parchment Craft teacher for 21 years.

Christine has her own range of patterns, and has promoted parchment craft on the Create and Craft TV channel. 

 Alison Yeates is a Fellow, Judge and present Chairman of the Parchment Craft Guild.  She has been a teacher and designer of Parchment craft for 20 years.

For the Parchment Crafter this is an artistic avenue concentrating more on using the Parchment paper to create truly beautiful art using all types of coloured pencils taking parchment to a new level.

The course is also suitable for non parchment crafters who would like to learn a new art form using Parchment paper discovering innovative ways of using pencils on parchment
